Definitions

In this agreement, "Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" may pertain to any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allow sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, particularly for airport transfers where adherence to specific check-in times is necessary for flights. Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for pickup at the designated time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, a child counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair accessibility must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quoted prices are based on the information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Any applicable VAT charges will be added separately. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be subject to standard waiting rates. While we make every effort to accommodate delays by reviewing flight details, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, via credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges for cleaning or repairs.

4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are committed to adhering to licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance and time traveled by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation occurs after dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we endeavor to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from delays beyond our control. Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey, we will arrange alternative transportation to minimize disruption.

6.4 You agree not to hold Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs liable for any expenses, damages, or losses arising from actions or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exempt or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter prohibited by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger jeopardizes the safety or integrity of the vehicle or driver through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any rights to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe may not be entertained by Diamond Cars Heathrow Airport Minicabs.
